Shelly McKenna

Shelly (she/her) is a Human and Equine Sports Therapist using massage and exercise therapies to maintain her clients fitness and well-being. She holds an honours degree in Human Sports Therapy and a foundation degree in Sport Rehabilitation and Training. She particularly enjoys using Sports Massage to treat both horses and riders. She feels that having ridden and owned horses since childhood and done her fair share of falling off she has an excellent empathy and understanding about sports injuries.

Shelly looks forward to seeing both sports professionals to once in a while joggers. As she says, with her knowledge and training she can provide “more than just a sports massage”.
